I heard Yug my youngest brother's voice as i join my family at breakfast table while greeting them a good morning.

"Why?"

Ma asked him as i serve myself.

"Because she got the perfect score 400/400, which was actually your beloved son's dream"

Anirudh my younger brother says chuckling.

"It's ok beta, you are no less as your on II rank with the score of 396."

Ma says pacifying him.

"That's the point mumma, I'm second when i wanted to be on the top only"

He said sulking at his seat.

"It's ok Yug just try harder next time " Baba says to and he just nodded.

Yes! He is the most pampered one.

" Well yug, do you know who is on the third palce?"

Anirudh asked smirking at him and catching everyone's attention.

"I didn't care about the III place bhai, first is all i think"

He said in an uninterested tone while sipping juice.

"In my opinion, you think about III one only. "

Anirudh said and Yug's eye expend a bit realising something.

"No way"

he said in a deadly voice while Anirudh just smirk at him confirming his doubt.

"Mumma I'm done"

he said immediately wiping his mouth.

"Wait a min cheeku"

maa said indicating something to one of the house staff as Yug stand up looking at his wrist watch.

"Yug, you want to know the score of III place"

Anirudh said to him while eating.

"No, thank you so much bhai" Yug said passing him a sarcastic smile.

"Mumma"

Yug said looking at maa as she forward a spoon of dahi cheeni towards him.

He don't like sweets.

"Kya mumma? Phela din h toh dahi cheeni khakr jao, subh hota h"

("What mumma? It's your first day so go after eating curd and suger, it's auspicious".)

maa said and he open his mouth to eat in next second knowing very well it's fatal to argue with maa.

"Ok bye now, I love you"

he said pecking maa's forehead and went towards the outside door after collecting his stuff.

"Manya is on the third place right?"

Maa asked after Yug went away sitting back on her seat beside baba.

"Ji maa"

("Yes maa")

Aniruddh said smiling at her.

"I hope this time he could tell her" Maa said looking towards the door.

"She will reject your son"

Baba said nonchalantly after listening to maa.

"No she won't" Maa said passing a glare to Baba.

"Your son used to bully her in school biwishaiba"

Baba reasoned his statement after feeling maa's glare.

"Didn't you used to do the same thing with me at school times" maa asked to baba in a questioning manner.

"Yes and i am really sorry for that but in my case i was lucky that you were shy and already had feelings for me"

Baba said and maa slapped his arm lightly.

"Yes maa, Baba just didn't knew that how to handle his feelings that's why he bullied you whereas Yug try to bully Manya because he don't like the fact that he has feelings for his academic rival"

Anirudh reasoned.

"The main thing is, Yug has feelings for her, that's it and i have a feeling that Manya has a thing for him too." Maa said.

"Sorry darling but i don't think so" Baba said sweetly.

"What do you two think?" maa asked to me and Anirudh while passing a death stare to Baba.

"Aap kabhi galat nhi ho sakte maa"

("You can never be wrong maa")

Anirudh said sweetly to her.

"Sun liya na aapne?"

("Did you hear it?")

maa said to Baba with a smug look while baba gave a 'meet me later look' to Annirudh.

"Ji... I'm sorry" Baba said to maa and apologized like always.

Well! Dad is the most obident husband in the world. He loves maa to the point that he don't like three of us living here. But just like him three of us too love our maa to death that's why we are still here in this house even when our Baba often tries numerous tactics to scoot three of us out.

"Jay come home early today, we'll have dinner together" Maa said to me and i nodded in agreement.

"Anni you too" Baba ordered Anirudh the same thing.

"And ask Rohini too if she is free" maa said to Annirudh talking about his girlfriend.

"You know why Yug choose SVB University when he can easily study in Rana delhi University and especially when both universities are at the same level."

Aniruddh asked as i drive towards the hospital.

"RD University offers disciplined quality education whereas SVB University has strong political grounds, exactly what he needs to become a politician"

I said appreciating the choice of my youngest brother.

"That's right, he wanted to ace that place making his presence prominent from starting but his II rank in entrance exam is irking him a lot "

he said thinking.

"That's why he was so eager to see the rank I"

I said thinking about him. Yug studied really hard for this exam. I can understand why he was so disappointed in his result.

"We are here"

I said as we reached the hospital after sometime.

"Ask your driver to pick you up" i said dropping him there and drive towards the administration building of Rana groups.

I was going to wrap my work when my phone buzzed and yes it was my dear maa.

"Hn maa" i said picking up the phone.

"Jay it's 7:34, don't tell me you are still in your office" maa said and i look at the clock.

"I was just leaving" i said wrapping up my stuff.

"You better, I want you here in half hour" she said sternly and cut the call.

"Why are you late?" i ask looking at Yug who just park his car beside me.

"Someone suicide there today" he said walking towards me with his bag in his hands.

"Student?" I asked.

"Hn" he said and we both walked towards the entrance of our house.

"Police is inquiring about the reason but i don't think they are going to find anything"

he said in an annoyed tone.

"Cheeku..." we both heard our maa's voice who were coming towards us taking fast steps as we enter inside the home.

"Are you ok...i saw the news"

she said and hugged him in concern.

Yug said hugging her back while i noticed Baba ,Anirudh and Rohini tailing behind maa.

"You are really ok na?" she asked cupping his face.

"Maa, yug thik h, aap shant ho jaayiye"

("Maa, Yug is ok, you please calm down")

i said holding her hands and make her sit on the nearby sofa.

"But..."

"He is all ok Meera, please calm down"

Baba said in concern sitting in front of maa on his knees while holding her hands.

"Maa jus take a chill pill, he is fine"

Rohini said assuring maa and she finally smile looking at her which makes our Baba smile too.

"Hmm you are right Rohini, come let's see the preparations of dinner"

maa said with a lighten mood and walk out from there with Rohini.

"You three brats need to leave my home soon, I can't see my wife in concern anymore"

Baba said passing three of us a death glare as they both went away.

"Why are you including me and Bhai...it was yug"

Aniruddh said to him but shut his mouth as soon as he look at him with his deadly stare.

"Take it as warning, if one more time i saw her like this then you three will be homeless" he warned.

"We want to live with our mumma, you can't threaten us like this"

Yug dare to speak with a lot of courage. Can't help our Baba is dangerous.

Annirudh spoke in his support while i just keep mum because i know maa can never allow this man to abandon us.

Maa asked to Yug while serving him dinner and Baba glared at him.

"Maa, mai kr lunga aap baith jaiye"

he said taking the serving spoon from maa making everyone's laugh.

he said looking at me and i stop eating at his remark.

he said.

Baba said and i gave him a betraying look but he care less.

maa speaks taking my side while my siblings burst out in soft giggles.

Because everyone of us saw how insanely he behaved three years ago when Manya left for abroad for his under graduation after school.

Maa said talking about her best friend as well as Manya's mother.

Honestly, i never thought about marriage but i often think about love. I want to fall in love like my brothers even more madly then them but in my twenty five years of life i never met someone for whom my heart can beat.

I want to have what maa baba have, what Anirudh and Rohini have but to my bad there's no one i love or even like.

I guess, we can not find love when we search for it, it comes unexpectedly.

"Bhai please say yes to arrange alliance, i know you are not going to fall in love ever"

Anirudh said to me and i pass him a glare in return.

Maa said to him and he just nodded.

Baba asked me as three of us entered in his study room.

"You didn't reject it bhai?"

"What offer?

Both of my brothers asked listening to him. We didn't include Yug in work matters because he was preparing for the entrance.

"No i didn't" i answer to all of them.

"What offer Bhaiya?" Yug asked again.

"You know about the NGO "lives matters"

he said.

"Exactly" Anirudh said.

"But what bhai has to do with that him or his NGO" yug asked next.

"Well, you see Cicero asked bhaiya to join him and support him in return he will provide us with funds and profitable investments across the world. In short, our companies and industries will be international"

"Why didn't you still decline that offer Jay?"

"Well, Whenever Cicero targets a country he follow a pattern. He look at the suitable condition of the market then fund numerous powerful and influential peoples and organisations of that country to help him in spreading misinformation about how that's country 's market is going down due to which people start selling their bonds on low prices to avoid any kind of huge loss and he bought them all."

And boom his plan successful after this , as the government of that country notice the massive fall in market which effects country's economy drastically, it starts buying the bonds on much higher prices to control it and then Cicero sell them to that country's government only

I tried to give my brothers an easy explanation because one has medical major and one has political science major while i have economics like Baba .

"Woah! This Cicero guy in impresive"

Anirudh says after listening to me.

"Yes he is a rich and old man with experience and immense power"

Baba said.

Yug said to him.

Baba said in concerntive tone making all three of us smile lightly.

He actually do love us.

"Baba please trust me, I can handle it"

I said holding his hands while sitting down.

"Yes baba we think bhai can handle this"

Both my brother speaks in my support and at last he finally said yes.

he said to Yug too sweetly and went towards our parents's room.

he said broking the hug.

I asked chuckling at his statement. Because it's first time he is talking like this about someone.

"Yes, you know today a boy in class asked her how she took admission in post graduation at the age of 20 looking at her details"

he said as we both towards Maa's room to wish her Good Night.

"Guess what she said?" He said to me.

I try to give him a valid reason.

try to make friends and some accquintance but she didn't do anything like that"

he said making me chuckle as we enter in our parent's room.
